He is one of the founders of ITF and ensures that day-to-day activities of the organization run smoothly. He has received various awards including being named 2018 Africa’s top 50 Innovators, and AIDF Global Innovator of the year.

Wasim has over 21 years of marketing management experience – fifteen of which, he was fortunate to select, train, develop, mentor and retain a team of qualified digital marketing executives. Wasim is a results-oriented professional with a proven record of success in sales and management and a team player with an unrivaled passion for exceeding goals and objectives.

Laura

Operations Director

Laura Peck is an environmental and international studies graduate of the University of Pittsburgh, with a passion for understanding and connecting with cultures different from her own. She has worked for 5 years now internationally and in the US with children of all ages, teaching them about the environment and the US on a global scale. She is very excited to be working with ITF USA to continue helping others better understand the world and the environment!

Jasmine Roman

Website Manager

Jasmine has enjoyed building websites in many types of industries around the world. This project has been perfect for her because it combines her passion for work with her love for people.

Eseosa Imade

Communications Manager

Eseosa is a Communications graduate from the University of Louisiana at Lafayette with a passion for content strategy and marketing. She has worked in the Marketing & Communication Industry for 4 years. She enjoys helping businesses build meaningful relationships with their clients through content marketing. She believes she can impact lives daily and is excited to be working with ITF USA to help create an enabling environment for people.

Ashley Grau

Administrator

Ashley graduated from Madonna University with a B.A. degree in Broadcast and Cinema Arts. Along with film production, she has had experience with working in advertising and marketing
and has always loved working with people. She was very excited to join the team since being a part of an organization that gives back to the community has always been something very important to her. Working with ITF USA gives her the opportunity to fulfill her desire of working
together to help others.

Dazza Wong-Sjarif

Project Manager

Dazza is the creative force behind Sjarif Studios, a jewelry business that merges indigenous aesthetics through an eco-conscious lens. With a Summa Cum Laude degree from NYU, majoring in business, art, and anthropology, and minoring in social entrepreneurship, Dazza's multidisciplinary background fuels her unique approach to jewelry design. Her partnership with ITF USA embodies her passion for sustainability and social entrepreneurship, as she takes the lead in establishing water fountains in Africa. She looks forward to fostering positive change and access to clean water for communities in need.

Erika Pietrzak

Project Manager

Erika Pietrzak is an undergraduate at Duke University Class of 2025 majoring in Public Policy and African American and African Studies with a minor in Earth and Climate Sciences. She lives in the Washington DC area and started with ITF as a Project Manager in May 2025. She joined because of the possibility of combining her interests in Africa, management, and climate justice in a welcoming environment. She loves soccer and her favorite team is Arsenal, Go Gunners!

Moksh Vashisht

Assistant of Operations

Moksh Vashisht is a high schooler who is dedicated to the cause of environmental justice and equal opportunities for all. He believes that there can be no sustainable development without human rights and rule of law. Moksh enjoys working with ITF because it provides him a platform to transform his dreams into reality.
